Procurement & Contracts Specialist

About the role

Unifonic is looking for a Procurement & Contracts Specialist to own end‑to‑end sourcing, vendor negotiations, contract review and delivery of goods and services. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure purchases meet business needs, compliance standards and deliver long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate advantageous terms and approve purchase orders.
• Review existing contracts for feasibility and risk.
• Maintain long‑term supplier relationships and monitor post‑signature KPIs.
• Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Prepare procurement reports and track key performance indicators.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on procurement experience in technology, e‑commerce, telecom or enterprise software.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.
• Experience collecting and analysing data, multitasking and prioritising tasks.
