About the role

The Procurement Officer at Aramex manages the purchasing process, ensuring transparent, fair, and efficient procurement of goods and services to support the organization’s operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to secure timely delivery of quality goods and services at competitive prices.
  • Prepare tender documentation, manage the end‑to‑end RFX process, and award contracts.
  • Maintain material availability through effective planning and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive cost‑saving initiatives and financial efficiencies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and submit purchase orders, track fulfillment, and ensure compliance with contract terms.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1‑3 years of procurement experience, preferably with technology purchases.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent English communication, and solid judgment in interpreting policies.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
