About the role

The Procurement Officer at Aramex manages the purchasing process, ensuring transparent, fair, and efficient procurement of goods and services to support the organization’s operations.

Key responsibilities

Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to secure timely delivery of quality goods and services at competitive prices.
Prepare tender documentation, manage the end‑to‑end RFX process, and award contracts.
Maintain material availability through effective planning and stakeholder communication.
Drive cost‑saving initiatives and financial efficiencies aligned with organizational goals.
Prepare and submit purchase orders, track fulfillment, and ensure compliance with contract terms.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
1‑3 years of procurement experience, preferably with technology purchases.
Strong attention to detail, excellent English communication, and solid judgment in interpreting policies.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
