Product & Design Vice President

About the role

The Product & Design Vice President will shape the overall product strategy and lead the creation of innovative fintech solutions that deliver customer value and drive growth. This senior leader translates market insights, regulatory demands, and business goals into a clear product vision while guiding cross‑functional teams to successful delivery and scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and regulatory considerations into actionable product initiatives.
• Simplify complex financial and regulatory requirements into seamless user experiences.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing product management team, fostering ownership, innovation, and accountability.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, growth, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
• Manage product development from ideation through launch and continuous improvement using agile, data‑driven methods.
• Use metrics and analytics to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and guide decisions.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, strategic value, and business growth.
• Promote cross‑functional collaboration and eliminate silos to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of product management experience, with several years leading product teams.
• Proven fintech or regulated‑technology background.
• Track record of building products from concept to launch and scaling them.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical or regulatory requirements into clear product strategies.
