Product Manager – Pharma & VMS (Saudi Market)

About the role

GT Medical is seeking a results‑driven Product Manager to own the strategy, marketing and commercial growth of its pharmaceutical and Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) portfolio across the Saudi Arabian market. The role is remote‑based in Jordan with regular travel to Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product and brand strategies tailored to the KSA market.
• Build business cases, identify expansion opportunities and lead new product launches.
• Design 360° marketing and promotional plans based on market and customer insights.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and IQVIA data to inform decisions.
• Monitor sales performance by product, channel, region and account; set forecasts and targets with sales teams.
• Conduct field visits in Saudi Arabia to evaluate execution, visibility and promotional effectiveness.
• Manage A&P budgets, KPIs and promotional ROI while ensuring compliance with SFDA regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medical Sciences (mandatory).
• 5‑8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, OTC, VMS, nutraceutical or consumer‑healthcare marketing.
• Hands‑on product/brand management and launch experience.
• Strong understanding of market analysis, sales forecasting and commercial performance.
• Experience engaging with physicians, pharmacists and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Saudi market dynamics and regulatory environment preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Saudi Arabia.
