Project Coordinator – Iqlaa Project

About the role

The Iqlaa Project is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to ensure that project objectives are met on schedule and in line with donor requirements. You will act as the main liaison between field teams, support departments and donors, guaranteeing smooth implementation and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project implementation with relevant support departments.
• Report delays or obstacles promptly to facilitate daily operations.
• Conduct regular field visits to verify activity delivery.
• Track financial expenditures and assist in developing alternative plans for remaining funds.
• Collect data for monthly monitoring reports and maintain the project database and master plan.
• Maintain close communication with donors to align schedules with program priorities.
• Ensure all project documents are archived according to donor standards.
• Support field teams with necessary documentation for timely delivery of activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Knowledge of project management principles and the project cycle.
