Psychologist – Online Therapy

About the role

We are looking for a qualified psychologist to provide professional, confidential, and compassionate online psychological support. The role involves delivering evidence‑based therapy through video or chat sessions to individuals, couples, or families facing mental health challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one therapy sessions online, as well as couples or family sessions when required.
• Perform online assessments and initial evaluations for new clients.
• Develop and follow therapy plans using proven approaches such as CBT or DBT.
• Write session notes and keep client records up to date on the platform.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings, supervision sessions, and quality checks.
• Refer clients to psychiatrists or other services when appropriate.
• Stay current with online therapy tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably with exposure to online therapy.
• Fluency in Arabic and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Proficiency in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
