QA Engineer (2–3 Years | Web, Mobile, API)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality of our web, mobile, and API platforms. You will work closely with product, development, and operations teams to deliver reliable releases.

Key responsibilities

• Test full end‑to‑end flows across User, Merchant, and Admin interfaces.
• Write comprehensive test cases, including edge‑case scenarios.
• Execute API tests using Postman and validate data with basic SQL queries.
• Identify, track, and prioritize bugs throughout the development cycle.
• Create clear, actionable bug reports in Jira, indicating severity and business impact.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional QA experience.
• Strong manual testing skills with a focus on scenario‑based testing.
• Good understanding of API functionality and testing.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data verification.
• Proficiency with Jira for bug tracking and reporting.
• High attention to detail and ability to think beyond UI screens.
