About the role
The QHS Officer will support our operations by ensuring quality standards, health and safety compliance across the site. This full‑time position is based in Khalda, Amman and reports to the senior management team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quality and safety inspections.
- Perform risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
- Prepare incident and accident reports.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare, maintain and document reports and records.
Required profile
- Diploma in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
- High sense of responsibility and accountability.
Required skills
- Quality and safety inspection techniques.
- Risk assessment methodology.
- Incident and accident reporting.
- CAPA management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
