About the role
Our client is looking for a QA Engineer to lead QA efforts, build robust processes, and ensure high-quality software delivery. The role involves hands‑on test automation, API testing, and using AI‑powered tools to improve efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Define, implement, and maintain QA processes and best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and APIs.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Utilize AI tools to optimize testing and defect detection.
- Conduct manual and automated testing, ensuring functional, performance, and security standards.
- Track QA metrics, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1‑5 years of experience in software QA.
- Proven experience managing QA teams and processes.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
