Quality Assurance Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior Quality Assurance Lead to own the end‑to‑end QA strategy for a multi‑channel digital program that includes five websites, a Super App on iOS, Android and Huawei, kiosks and digital signage. You will define standards, drive automation, and act as the quality authority for all go/no‑go decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a program‑wide QA plan covering unit, functional, integration, system, regression, end‑to‑end, visual, performance, security and accessibility testing.
• Build and scale an automation framework from day one using Selenium, Cypress or Playwright for web and Appium for mobile, integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Own integration and load testing across ~18 systems (FIDS, BHS, AODB, CRM, Snowflake, etc.) using JMeter or equivalent tools.
• Coordinate VAPT cycles, track OWASP Top 10 remediation, and ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance across all channels.
• Manage defect triage, severity classification (P1‑P4) and SLA tracking in Azure Boards and ServiceNow.
• Prepare UAT scripts, support client UAT, and ensure all defects are resolved before release.
• Lead the QA chapter, run community of practice, and provide quality dashboards (ticket SLA, escaped defect rate, velocity accuracy).
• Support hypercare and transition to L4 support, maintaining 99.999% uptime SLA.

Required profile

• 8+ years of QA experience, including at least 3 years as a QA Lead on a multi‑channel digital program (web, mobile and another channel).
• Hands‑on experience building automation frameworks at scale.
• Proven ability to design and execute performance and API testing for complex integrations.
• Experience coordinating security testing and accessibility compliance.
• Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled‑agile frameworks.
