Quantity Surveyor for Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team on the Al Jbeil – Naour infrastructure project in Jordan. The successful candidate will apply hands‑on surveying expertise and quantity calculation skills to support water network and road construction works.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site surveying activities and precise measurements according to project specifications.
• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs and support measurement of completed works.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and maintain accurate records of quantities executed.
• Verify dimensions, levels, and coordinates to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams on surveying and quantity‑related matters.
• Produce surveying reports, quantity calculations, and related documentation.
• Support project management in tracking work progress and preparing payment quantities.
• Ensure all activities meet project standards, specifications, and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience on water‑network and road construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, quantity calculations, and construction practices.
• Resident of Madaba Governorate and willing to work on the Al Jbeil – Naour project.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with surveying equipment.
• Experience using engineering software for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to perform quantity take‑offs.
