About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Telescope Medical Center. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with day‑to‑day operations in a busy healthcare setting. The role involves greeting patients and visitors, handling phone calls, managing appointments, and providing accurate information while supporting administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
- Manage appointments and scheduling.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Support administrative tasks as required.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work on a shift‑based system.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (preferred).
