About the role
The Recreation Experience Expert serves as a key resource for all recreation activities on the property, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and fun environment. This full‑time position involves interacting with guests, managing activity schedules, and supporting facility operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide information about recreation facilities such as pools, beach, fitness center, and child activity areas.
- Encourage, register, and schedule guests for various recreation programs.
- Promote safety rules, monitor activities, and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process payments for rentals, and assist with private functions.
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities, equipment, and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR certification.
- First Aid certification.
Required skills
- Operation of point‑of‑sale and computer systems for transactions.
- Cash handling and basic financial processing.
