Recruitment Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will play a key role in building talent pipelines and supporting onboarding activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate follow‑up.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct sourcing and headhunting activities using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Prepare recruitment reports and keep accurate candidate records.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment systems is preferred.
