Red Hat Linux Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Red Hat Linux Administrator to manage and support RHEL servers across development, testing and production environments. The role focuses on ensuring availability, performance, security and reliability of Linux infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, patch, upgrade and harden Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers.
• Monitor server health, performance, capacity and troubleshoot system‑level issues.
• Manage users, groups, permissions, services, filesystems and system configurations.
• Provide production support and participate in incident, problem and change management processes.
• Implement security best practices, vulnerability remediation and configuration standards.
• Automate routine tasks using Shell scripts and/or Ansible.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and configuration records.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of hands‑on Linux system administration in enterprise production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in 24x7 production support with ITIL‑based processes.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• RHCSA/RHCE certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
