Reels Content Creator (Short‑Form Video)

About the role

BSM House is seeking a creative Reels Content Creator to produce high‑impact short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. You will shape the storytelling, hooks and visual pacing that drive engagement, shares and conversions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop high‑performing ideas for short‑form video platforms.
• Write compelling hooks and scripts that maximise retention, watch time and completion rates.
• Analyse audience behaviour, buyer personas and performance data to optimise each piece of content.
• Stay on top of trends and adapt them strategically for each brand.
• Collaborate closely with videographers and editors on pacing, visual hooks and storytelling.
• Differentiate content goals for reach, engagement and conversion.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of what makes short‑form content stop the scroll and keep viewers watching.
• Ability to explain retention points, share‑ability and conversion triggers.
• Creative mindset with a data‑driven approach to content performance.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and performance‑driven creative.
