Regional Business Development Specialist

About the role
Vigil AI Technology Corp. is seeking a full‑time Regional Business Development Specialist to lead market expansion in Amman and surrounding areas. You will identify new opportunities, conduct market research, and build relationships that drive growth for our AI‑powered video intelligence platform.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in the regional market.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies, including lead generation and prospect engagement.
- Present Vigil AI solutions to prospects and tailor offerings to regional requirements.
- Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals and support contract negotiations.
- Provide ongoing customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and engineering teams to align local feedback with overall business strategy.
Required profile
- Proven experience in market research, lead generation and B2B technology sales.
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with familiarity of the Amman regional market.
