Regional Operations Support Specialist – Western Markets

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Operations Support Specialist for the Western Markets (Europe & Americas). The role focuses on daily issue follow‑up and service support for local users, hosts and agencies, helping improve response efficiency, user experience and communication quality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to daily inquiries from users, hosts and agencies, handling issues related to platform rules, campaigns, rewards, accounts, payments and basic product usage.
• Support agency and business‑client recruitment, onboarding, livestream activation and other resource‑expansion activities.
• Assist with regional activity execution, including rule explanations, registration support, reward tracking and collection of abnormal cases or feedback.
• Maintain communication relationships with local stakeholders, summarise common issues, monitor sentiment and flag potential risks to management.
• Perform additional customer‑service and operations‑support tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with the languages, cultures and communication habits of Western‑market users.
• Experience in customer service, user or community operations, live‑streaming platforms or internet products.
• Strong communication skills, service orientation and ability to follow platform rules.
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail and ability to record, report and follow up issues promptly.
• Ability to multitask, stay patient with repetitive work and handle detail‑oriented tasks.

• Microsoft Excel (basic proficiency in spreadsheets and office software).
