Report Writer Consultant – Private Sector Engagement in Education

About the role

The Report Writer Consultant will support UNICEF’s private‑sector engagement strategy within the education programme. Working remotely from the UNICEF Centre of Excellence in Amman, the consultant will produce high‑quality reports that document partnerships, strategic initiatives and outcomes over a nine‑month assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Research, analyse and synthesize data on private‑sector collaborations in education.
• Draft, edit and finalise reports, briefs and case studies for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate with UNICEF country offices, donors and private‑sector partners to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor progress of strategic partnership initiatives and highlight lessons learned.
• Contribute to the development of recommendations for future private‑sector engagement.

Required profile

• Relevant postgraduate degree (e.g., PGD) or equivalent experience in education, development or partnership management.
• Proven experience in report writing, research and documentation for international organisations.
• Strong understanding of private‑sector dynamics and education systems.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
