Researcher – AI User Behaviour (Full‑Time)

About the role

Jeem is seeking a hands‑on researcher to lead studies that explore how students, educators, parents and other user groups perceive and interact with Artificial Intelligence. The role blends qualitative and quantitative social research to generate actionable insights for product development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end qualitative research projects, including discussion guide creation, focus‑group moderation, and interview logistics.
• Transcribe, clean, and code interview data using AI transcription tools, then synthesize themes and behavioral patterns.
• Convert qualitative findings into measurable survey questions, design questionnaires, and support sampling and survey deployment.
• Analyze survey results, produce descriptive statistics, and compare quantitative outcomes with qualitative insights.
• Maintain research documentation, organize datasets, and generate structured reports and executive summaries for each project.

Required profile

• Proven experience conducting field research with focus groups, interviews and surveys.
• Ability to work directly with participants and manage research logistics.
• Strong analytical mindset for coding qualitative data and interpreting quantitative results.
