Restaurant Manager – High‑Volume Operations

About the role

The company, a leading restaurant operator in Amman's 7th Circle, is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high‑volume outlet. You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and driving sales in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 50+ staff members to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain strict compliance with quality, hygiene, and franchise SOPs.
• Monitor sales, cost controls, inventory and overall branch financial performance.
• Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports.
• Enforce franchise policies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a franchise setting.
• Proven ability to manage large teams in high‑pressure, high‑volume environments.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated track record in cost control, inventory management and quality assurance.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret operational and financial data.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to handle peak periods efficiently.
