About the role

BARE is a functional food concept focused on precision, consistency, and elevated everyday dining. As the Restaurant Manager you will be accountable for the overall performance of the store, leading operations, people, and the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance.
• Monitor sales, labor, and cost metrics to drive profitability.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and lead the team through daily briefings.
• Maintain a strong team culture and high service standards.
• Handle customer escalations and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, ordering, waste control, and coordinate with suppliers and kitchen staff.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience managing a restaurant or café.
• Strong leadership and operational management abilities.
• High attention to detail.
