Retail Sales Executive

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Executive to join The ABDEEN’s store team. The successful candidate will act as a product expert, delivering exceptional service and driving sales in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, provide product information and personalized recommendations.
- Assist shoppers in selecting items and guide them through the purchase process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise and ensure accurate inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized and inviting shop floor.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong command of English.
- At least two years of retail sales experience, preferably with baby‑care products.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask in a high‑energy environment and work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
