About the role
The ABDEEN is looking for a motivated Retail Sales Executive to join its growing sales team. The role focuses on delivering an excellent shopping experience, driving product knowledge, and achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers entering the store and provide product information and recommendations.
- Assist shoppers in selecting items and guide them through the purchase process.
- Promote products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.
Required profile
- Minimum High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Good command of English.
- At least two years of retail sales experience, preferably with baby items.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting, handle multiple tasks, and stay flexible under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
