Rooms Division Manager

About the role

Crowne Plaza Resort Petra is looking for an experienced, commercially focused Rooms Division Manager to lead Front Office and Housekeeping operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a key member of the Executive Committee, driving guest experience, brand standards and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, presentation and efficiency.
• Coach, develop and inspire departmental leaders and staff.
• Monitor guest feedback, quality scores and performance, implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare, manage and monitor budgets, forecasts, payroll and operating expenses.
• Contribute to overall business strategy and Executive Committee decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• Significant progressive experience in Rooms Division, including leadership of Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Experience in an upscale or internationally branded hotel or resort.
• Proven ability to lead, engage and develop diverse teams.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of hotel operating systems.
• Understanding of rooms‑related performance indicators.
