Sales and Relationship Assistant Manager

About the role

The Sales & Relationship Assistant Manager will support the Sales & Relationship Manager in leading a team that serves merchants in the acquiring business. This role involves monitoring performance, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring high‑quality service across assigned areas.

Key responsibilities

• Increase market share, transaction volume and revenue for assigned merchants while enhancing DCC opt‑in rates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, providing support and education on card products.
• Monitor team performance, workload distribution and execution quality, and prepare MoM reports with clear action items.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, IT and onboarding teams to resolve issues and unblock dependencies.
• Act as escalation point for complex merchant or operational problems, ensuring timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, relationship management, financial services or acquiring.
• Proven experience in team coordination, supervision or acting‑in‑charge responsibilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
