Sales Development Representative – GCC Market (Remote)

About the role

Division50 is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities in the GCC market. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on appointment setting and lead generation for SaaS and B2B services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across the GCC through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and hand off high‑quality opportunities to the sales team.
• Research target industries and companies to develop tailored outreach strategies.
• Build strong relationships with prospects using a consultative approach.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment setting and outbound sales development focused on the GCC market.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; additional GCC languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior‑level executives.
• Strong objection‑handling ability and composure under pressure.
• Self‑driven, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience using sales prospecting tools.
