About the role
Elements is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for finance leaders evaluating our platform. This fully remote position offers a clear path for professional growth and a direct impact on our sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and uncover pain points.
- Research target accounts and tailor messaging for finance executives.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM.
- Provide market feedback to sales and product teams.
- Thrive in an asynchronous, remote work environment with autonomy.
Required profile
- Confident initiating conversations and engaging prospects.
- Target‑driven and motivated to exceed pipeline goals.
- Ability to understand and clearly explain financial concepts.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles is a plus.
- Background in B2B SaaS or Fintech is beneficial.
