About the role

Elements is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for finance leaders evaluating our platform. This fully remote position offers a clear path for professional growth and a direct impact on our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and uncover pain points.
  • Research target accounts and tailor messaging for finance executives.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM.
  • Provide market feedback to sales and product teams.
  • Thrive in an asynchronous, remote work environment with autonomy.

Required profile

  • Confident initiating conversations and engaging prospects.
  • Target‑driven and motivated to exceed pipeline goals.
  • Ability to understand and clearly explain financial concepts.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles is a plus.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or Fintech is beneficial.
