Sales Life Insurance Representative

About the role
The Sales Life Insurance professional will work on‑site in Amman, identifying prospective clients, assessing their insurance needs and guiding them through the application process.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings and present suitable life insurance products.
- Prepare tailored proposals, manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams, participate in training and sales campaigns, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Strong sales and customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build relationships and meet targets.
- Good communication, negotiation and active listening skills in Arabic; English is a plus.
- Basic financial literacy and willingness to learn life‑insurance concepts.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Arabic.
- Basic computer literacy for using company CRM and documentation tools.
