About the role
The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for a Hilton hotel in Amman by analysing market trends, developing customer relationships and creating targeted sales strategies. You will act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, negotiate rates, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and nurture customer accounts within the region to increase market share across all revenue streams.
- Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients.
- Design and implement creative local marketing initiatives, including social‑media campaigns.
- Prepare contracts in line with current pricing and business conditions.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Attend sales events and produce accurate reports for the Sales Director and senior management.
- Manage, train and develop the sales team while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Commitment to high‑level customer service and professional grooming standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
- Proven sales track record with experience closing deals.
- Knowledge of the local market and hospitality sector.
