Sales Manager – Feed Mills, Poultry & Animal Plants

About the role

REDA Chemicals is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its Animal Nutrition and Health business across Jordan, Syria and Iraq. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and driving sales growth in the feed mills, poultry and animal plants sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading day‑to‑day sales activities with a focus on long‑term, value‑based customer relationships and achieving sales objectives.
• Develop and expand the market by identifying customer needs, market trends and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain successful relationships that generate sustainable sales opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers across feed mills, poultry and animal production sectors.
• Conduct regular customer visits to promote REDA Chemicals' product portfolio and provide technical and commercial support.
• Develop relationships within the local industry community to expand the customer base.
• Prepare and submit accurate weekly visit reports and activity updates.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market activities, competitor developments and industry trends, providing feedback to management.
• Support sales forecasting, business planning and achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Represent REDA Chemicals at industry events, trade shows, seminars and networking activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in feed mills, poultry and animal plants.
• Proven experience selling ingredients, additives or specialty products to feed mills, poultry operations and animal production companies.
• Good knowledge of the animal nutrition industry, market trends and competitor activities.
