About the role

We are looking for a motivated and well‑organized Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of prospecting, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across new and existing markets.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to expand business in both new and existing markets.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
Mentor and coach sales team members to achieve individual and team objectives.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
