About the role
We are looking for a motivated and well‑organized Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of prospecting, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across new and existing markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand business in both new and existing markets.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
