Sales Manager

About the role

Dead Sea Spa Resort is looking for two ambitious, dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers (one female and one male) to help grow the resort's business. The position is based at the Amman head office, with regular field sales and business travel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits and presentations.
• Negotiate and convert sales opportunities into confirmed business.
• Achieve sales targets and keep an active sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and hit sales targets.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
• Professional, proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Flexibility to travel and meet business requirements.

Travel includes regular field work, business trips as required and one mandatory overnight stay per week at the resort; additional visits or stays may occasionally be needed. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
