About the role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to recruit new agents and merchants, promote e‑wallet services, and achieve sales targets. The role involves field visits, client onboarding, and coordination with operations and customer service teams.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit new agents and merchants and promote e‑wallet services and benefits.
- Visit prospective clients, explain registration process, usage, and fees.
- Follow up with clients from initial contact through registration and activation.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor performance indicators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and merchants.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to address client requests and issues.
- Prepare regular reports on visits, prospective clients, and sales results.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales or customer acquisition.
- Must own a private vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
