About the role

Wareed Marketing Agency is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join its on‑site team in Amman. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, presenting the agency’s digital marketing services and driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients across various industries.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
• Present tailored service proposals and lead sales discussions.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic sales approaches.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to overall sales strategy.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales management and meeting revenue targets.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a marketing or agency environment is a strong advantage.
