Sales Specialist (Field Sales)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven, proactive Sales Specialist to lead field sales activities, building relationships with salon owners and generating new business from first contact through activation and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact new merchants and potential business partners.
• Conduct sales visits, product presentations, pitches, and demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant owners and decision‑makers.
• Convert qualified prospects into signed accounts.
• Coordinate and follow up on the installation of QR/NFC units.
• Ensure newly installed accounts become active and generate transactions.
• Follow up with existing accounts to support continued usage and growth.
• Identify opportunities to increase transaction volume and account revenue.
• Manage the complete sales funnel from outreach to revenue generation.
• Maintain accurate daily records of visits, account stages, outcomes, and next steps.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and account status.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth implementation and activation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, business development, or B2B sales.
• Availability to respond 24/7 for urgent client, account, or operational matters.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and approach new businesses.
• Strong follow‑up and closing abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a field‑based schedule.
• Comfortable using mobile tools for daily reporting and sales tracking.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Previous experience with salons, beauty businesses, merchants, or SMEs is a plus.
