Sales Specialist (Remote)

About the role

GPS International Company is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to expand its network of dental professionals across the Middle East and North Africa. This remote position focuses on generating new business opportunities and building long‑term client relationships for premium dental prostheses and digital dentistry solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities with dental clinics and dentists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present and promote the company’s products and services through virtual meetings and presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate offers, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Attend client visits, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management; B2B experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
