SAP FICO Sr. Consultant

About the role

The SAP FICO Senior Consultant will join Intrasoft Middle East in Amman to lead the design, configuration and implementation of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions for clients across banking, telecommunications, enterprise and government sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and map them to SAP FICO functionalities.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on configuration.
• Conduct system testing, support data migration and integration activities.
• Deliver user training, provide post‑go‑live support and drive continuous process improvements.
• Contribute to proposals, solution roadmaps and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO with hands‑on experience in CO‑PA.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end finance and accounting processes (record‑to‑report, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay).
• Proven experience in full‑lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably in banking, telecommunications, enterprise or government.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field; SAP certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross‑functionally and mentor junior staff.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and regional experience in the Middle East are beneficial.
