SAP SuccessFactors Specialist – Techno-Functional Senior Analyst

About the role

KPMG Middle East is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join its HR Technology team. The role focuses on translating business requirements into technical solutions, driving implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors while aligning with global HR best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and optimisation (version 25.5).
• Organise and oversee UAT and system testing for new releases.
• Provide expertise across SAP HCM modules, including Employee Central, Core HR, Recruiting, and Payroll.
• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel and large datasets; PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
• Contribute insights on AI innovations in HR technology.
• Ensure solutions align with HR processes and best practices.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with clear communication and strategic thinking.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years experience as a techno‑functional consultant in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM, Employee Central, Recruiting, and Payroll modules.
• Prior involvement in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills; PowerBI experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical abilities with large data‑set interpretation.
• Deep understanding of HR processes and global best practices.
• Knowledge of AI‑driven HR technology is beneficial.
• Structured, proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
