Senior Business Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our Amman office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will advise clients on business and branding strategies, conduct deep analyses, and develop actionable recommendations that improve performance and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from kickoff to delivery, ensuring alignment with branding and digital services.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and share insights.
• Collect, interpret, and analyse financial and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication with client stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of consulting methodologies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to diagnose business challenges and support strategic decisions.
• Proven experience in consulting or management consulting practices, including problem‑solving and solution design.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of finance, budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial modeling.
• Background in business strategy, branding, or marketing consulting is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated capability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification a plus.
• Prior experience in a consulting firm or agency, preferably in senior or client‑facing roles.
