Senior Business / System Analyst

About the role

Classera is seeking a Senior Business / System Analyst to lead the analysis of complex digital transformation and education technology projects. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are captured, documented, and delivered accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and validate business and system requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Software/System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Document user journeys, process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct As‑Is / To‑Be analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, UI/UX, architecture, and implementation teams to clarify requirements.
• Review UI/UX wireframes and prototypes for alignment with functional needs.
• Support UAT planning, test scenario creation, defect clarification, and business validation.
• Manage change requests, maintain version control, and prepare stakeholder presentations.
• Assist implementation teams during go‑live, post‑go‑live validation, and user feedback cycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Strong hands‑on experience preparing BRD, SRS, FSD, use cases, and user stories.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Proven ability to work closely with technical, QA, UI/UX, and project management teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, ownership, and attention to detail.
