We are seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to partner with senior leadership and shape the commercial direction of a leading international organisation. This role goes beyond traditional finance, turning data into actionable commercial insight and influencing strategy to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to influence commercial and strategic decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range business planning processes.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Monitor commercial performance through KPIs and dashboards.
• Develop business cases for strategic investments, pricing initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspective.
• Drive profitability via margin analysis, cost optimisation and revenue improvement.
• Support pricing, promotional activity and customer profitability analysis.
• Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for reporting, planning and business processes.
• Build strong relationships across Finance, Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain functions.

• Commercially minded, analytically driven and naturally curious.
• Strong financial expertise combined with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear commercial recommendations.
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decisions.
