Senior Corporate Operations Executive

About the role

The Senior Corporate Operations Executive will support planning activities across First‑Mile, Middle‑Mile, Last‑Mile, and Linehaul operations. The role focuses on developing and executing short‑ and long‑term capacity plans to ensure smooth operational flow, cost efficiency, and scalability throughout the network.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze capacity drivers across stations, identify gaps or risks, and support short‑ and long‑term capacity planning.
• Conduct annual capacity analysis based on expected volumes and operational trends.
• Monitor inbound distribution, report deviations, and ensure stations meet production targets for weekdays and weekends.
• Report production flow versus customer projections, recommend scaling actions, and keep commercial teams updated on available capacity.
• Track and control production distribution across courier, outsourced, and crowdsourced models to drive cost optimisation and resource utilisation.
• Collaborate with Finance and station management on yearly budgets and maintain ABC cost per shipment within acceptable ranges.
• Develop and maintain resource planning models, dashboards, and tools to visualise capacity, especially during peak periods.
• Conduct bi‑monthly capacity reviews to align with service and cost targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with solid data‑analysis capabilities.
• Experience in capacity planning or logistics operations preferred.
• Ability to work with large datasets to forecast demand and assess capacity requirements.
