Senior Electrical Engineer – Dry Utilities

About the role

Egis is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer specialized in Dry Utilities to join its Infrastructure team. You will contribute to the design and implementation of utility systems for a variety of projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of Dry Utilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Prepare drawings and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Collaborate with project teams, including senior engineers and technicians, to achieve successful outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into project work.
• Provide technical support to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as required.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of technical processes.
• Conduct technical and quality reviews of projects, identifying and addressing potential issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dry Utilities building services.
• Experience designing HV, MV, LV systems, street and landscape lighting, substations, and pump stations.
• Proficiency in preparing designs using Civil 3D within a BIM environment.
• Knowledge of clash‑resolution tools such as Navisworks, Bentley Navigator, and Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
