Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to enhance both customer‑facing and internal admin interfaces for a multi‑surface healthcare platform. The core mission is to migrate an existing plain‑JavaScript React codebase to TypeScript and rebuild key UI components as the platform modernises.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain user‑facing features using React.
• Lead the migration of the current JavaScript React codebase to TypeScript.
• Refactor and rebuild UI components to align with the new platform architecture.
• Work closely with backend engineers and designers to define interface and API contracts.
• Contribute to frontend testing practices and uphold code‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript.
• Proven experience with TypeScript, preferably including JavaScript‑to‑TypeScript migration.
• Solid understanding of component architecture, state management and API integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
