Senior Full-Stack + Mobile Developer

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack and mobile developer to own the end‑to‑end JAPA platform, which includes a .NET/React web portal, a Flutter iOS/Android app, and a WordPress public site. The role combines architecture, coding, deployment, monitoring and incident response across all three codebases, and includes technical leadership of a junior developer.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship features from database schema to API, web UI and mobile screens.
• Maintain and evolve the .NET Core backend, React frontend and Flutter mobile app.
• Write EF Core migrations, manage PostgreSQL and Redis infrastructure, and configure Docker and DigitalOcean deployments.
• Define and extend ELSA workflow definitions and integrate Stripe, Zoom and other third‑party APIs.
• Maintain WordPress site, WPForms and plugin ecosystem.
• Conduct code reviews, set engineering standards and mentor the junior developer.
• Implement automated tests for backend (xUnit) and frontend (React testing tools).

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional .NET/C# development (preferably .NET 8+).
• 2+ years of production experience with React + TypeScript and Flutter + Dart.
• Proven technical lead or mentorship experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot).
