Senior Full‑Stack Mobile App Developer (React Native & Django)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Mobile App Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of an internal enterprise mobile application. You will own both the React Native front‑end and the Django back‑end, ensuring the solution is secure, reliable, and scalable for internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement cross‑platform features using React Native and TypeScript.
• Translate Figma designs into accessible, responsive UI components.
• Integrate with REST and GraphQL APIs, handling authentication, secure sessions, and offline‑first patterns.
• Optimize app performance, manage release lifecycle, and handle distribution.
• Design and build Django/DRF services, secure APIs, and data models in PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Implement background processing with Celery, schedule tasks, and integrate enterprise systems (SSO, email/SMS, push, ERP/HR).
• Create API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger) and versioning strategy.
• Define testing strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and observability (logging, monitoring, crash reporting).
• Apply secure coding practices, lead technical decisions, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software development experience with end‑to‑end product ownership.
• Proven track record shipping React Native applications (TypeScript preferred).
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs with Django and Django REST Framework.
• Hands‑on expertise with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Deep understanding of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2) and RBAC.
• Familiarity with enterprise non‑functional requirements such as security and reliability.
